Roles & Responsibilities

Management Team

Responsible for implementing this policy and ensuring sufficient resources are available for outbreak management and infection control.

Clinical Staff

Must follow infection control guidelines including hand hygiene, PPE use, and clinical protocols for suspected infectious diseases.

Administration Staff

Responsible for collecting patient information, supporting contact tracing, and maintaining secure patient records.

Patients & Visitors

Must comply with medical centre instructions regarding masks, hygiene, physical distancing, and other safety measures.

Infection Control Procedures

  • Face masks may be required for staff, patients, and visitors when necessary.
  • Temperature checks and health screenings may be conducted at entry points.
  • High-touch surfaces are cleaned and disinfected regularly.
